This online store is operated by SONYA JO ADAM trading as sonyajoo. These terms apply to orders placed through this store.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. Prices and charges are in GBP unless checkout states otherwise. Product images and colours may vary slightly from the physical item. Please check age, safety, sizing and care information on each product listing.

Some products are supplied and dispatched directly by ebebek through Shopify Collective. Availability and fulfilment information can change and is subject to supplier confirmation. Your order is placed with sonyajoo; the supplier fulfils the relevant item. Orders may be sent in separate parcels. We will contact you if a product cannot be supplied and arrange any refund due.

The contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error before acceptance; if an error is found after acceptance, we will contact you to agree a solution or refund. Payment is collected through the checkout methods shown at purchase.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND LEGAL RIGHTS
Shipping charges and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout. The shipping policy and return and refund policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
